Is there a way to add the social sharing built into the theme into another area?
It looks as if it only triggers for posts and I want to use this on special pages, artist areas and events.
If you could provide this as a shortcode or html I could add it to a special widget and then using the Visual Composer, add said widget to any area that I want to use it.
that could be possible but it would required some custom development or css tweak. Perhaps you could also use a third party plugin but unfortunately, I never tried any.
