I cant change my bodies font or font colors. Would you be able to assets me with finding which panels are controlling those options are located? I've tried the sonaar options under Typography but to no avail.

For example, could you please provide me a full screenshot of one particular item you would like to change the font and font colors?

Well,
As you can see, your text are formated using different heading type (h1, h2, h3, etc..) https://d.pr/i/4yCaIx
These heading type's font and color can be changed by going to wp-admin > Sonaar Settings > Typography.
