Hi, I have a question. I have the Indigo theme installed and I was wondering if there a way to have the bottom audio bar displayed by default when a user visits my homepage? Right now, the bottom bar only displays upon a user clicking the play button a track, but I was wondering if there is a way to have the bottom bar automatically displayed (with a playlist already loaded) upon a user's initial visit to the page? Thanks!
Edit the audio player element. (Or add a new one if there is no audio player on your homepage), select the playlist and click auto-play. http://d.pr/i/V5VloS
You'll probably want to hide the player to avoid it to shows up in your page by disabling its parent's column: http://d.pr/i/Zx2kEt
Thanks Maxime, appreciate the help. A follow-up question though. This loads the player AND auto-plays the playlist. Is there a way to just have the player load, but NOT have the playlist auto-play? I would like visitors when they visit my sight to SEE the player, but they still have to click the play button to start playing the playlist. Does my question make sense?
we are working on a feature that will allows you to do it but for not, this is not supported. The player can automatically launch but the first song will fire as well.
