1.ive installed the demo but the menu is messed up . i havent made any edits . why is this ?
2.also the actual pages in the live demo before i bought it was alll black now its white in certain places and ive searched everywhere and cant seem to change it ?
3.on the home page im trying to change the pictures in the background of the section right below welcome to our studio and again i cant seem to find where i can do that ..
why are simple things so harrd to do ?

Probably that your browser's cache had to be cleared? The dynamic CSS didnt seem to load on your screenshot but it looks fine now, correct?

yes all but the images in the background cant figure out how to change it
