On my mobile device (or any at that matter) the logo that I have uploaded will appear only for maybe 5 seconds until the logo will drop and show an unloaded box. I used numerous file sizes. The file is a png. Is there any help to this?
Also, please deactivate all plugins temporarily and see if that solves the error. Then, activate plugins one by one to see which plugin is causing the problem.
I have also noticed that your admin and website are very very slow compared to other people. you might want to check this with your webhost or consider to switch to another webhosting such as CloudWays (https://sonaar.io/go/cloudways), or check if your plugin can cause this issue.
