Here's my current menu settings, and am wanting to have the logo left aligned, as it currently is, and then have the rest of the menu centered on the page. For the menu, i know exactly what you mean. Currently, the theme centers the menu in the middle of the space between the logo and the size of your screen so we make sure it plays well when responsive.
Its something that we will "fix" in a future update. For now, adding hotlinks to your menu will make your menu more center..thats a work around for now. You can use hot links to add your social media by exemple.
to do it, go to wp-admin > sonaar settings > menu option and scroll down to hot links section and enabled it.
Unfortunately I'm unable to add hotlinks. I had done it before, but now for some reason when I click the "Add Hotlink" button, nothing happens. In the bottom left corner of my browser I see "javascript:void(0);", if that helps.

Are you talking about the image background?
I dont have access to the wp-admin, but somewhere in the elementor editor the content box is set to min-height 80vh. You should set it to 30vw.
