I'm facing the problem that the Audio Player isn't working properly on some browsers.
On Firefox everything is fine. Using Chrome, audio is playing, but when I jump to a different position in the track sometimes it completely stops and an exception is thrown:
Uncaught (in promise) DOMException: The play() request was interrupted by a call to pause().
Worst thing is Safari, because nothing is working. The stream seems to be playing, but no audio can be heard.
I've checked your official demo pages and the behavior on Safari is the same, so it seems to be more likely a problem with the player itself. Can you confirm and help me?
The bug is caused by the new update of Safari and not directly with our theme. The safari update cause problem on a LOT of website right now. We are actively working for a fix. I think its quiet unfair to ask for a refund while its a browser fault AND, knowing that we are hardly working for a fix right now?
I don't mistrust that you are working hard. Safari 12 is out since one month so far and I just thought it might take weeks or even months to get it sorted out, but when you have a fix nearly finished then I'm absolutely ok with this.

Google provides a fix to this: https://developers.google.com/web/updates/2017/06/play-request-was-interrupted

Hi Lukas,
We are currently working on this. Safari blocks the JS play call as well as iOS.
We are currently working to find a solution for this a.s.a.p.
I will keep you in touch.
Thanks,
