I've recently purchased the Sonaar theme, and have installed the Outlander demo. However, when I view this demo on mobile, it doesn't work correctly when viewed - there is a blank section /header at the top of every page which blocks other content from view, and when the page is scrolled, the new content only shows underneath this blank section (see screenshot).
The content is also extremely slow to load, with multiple parts missing for up to 30 seconds, which isn't exactly ideal!
None of the above happens when viewing on desktop.
I've also tried installing a different demo template, and the same thing happens...
I'm getting an error message flash up when accessing my URL for the first time, which then disappears and loads the main site content... not sure if that's related. It says "Warning session_start cannot find save handler memcache - session startup failed in ....plugins/iron-demo-importer/includes/Unyson/framework/includes/hooks. on line 256"
Could you please update PHP version to 7 or higher ? You will need to ask your hosting provider. You are currently using version 5.6 which is old and 30% slower than php 7.
If you cannot update to php 7, make sure to set WP_DEBUG to false in your wp-config.php file which will remove the php notice you have, and so, remove the blank space on your site in the header.
