    Hello,

    It looks like I don’t have valid Sonnar Activation. I Activate it many times with my license key and after that dashboard massage says "Sonaar is not activated". I tried also to update my Mandala theme and I get message - Error while updating Sonaar: "No new version of the package." Maybe there is some problem with my active site url in my Sonaar.ie profile. Can you give mi a hand with this problem?

    My Purchase is #223324 and expires: August 9, 2019

    Ok, can you try to update the theme again? The registered domain was hypnotic-bg.com while you are using www.hypnotic-bg.com ( I have added the triple WWW).

    Let me know if it works.

    remember that after updating the theme, go to wp-admin > appearance > install plugin and update the plugin if you see the update button.

    Then clear your browser's cache.

    Hi there,


    1. The play button looks to me aligned well on the screenshot you have sent. 
    Do you know which sonaar version you have before so I can compare?
    Are you talking about  mobile only?

    Oh maybe your talking about the space above the button, this area have changed because we have change the wave. Click on play to see it. 

    2. We have removed the hardcoded black background on applied on the footer. Please go to wp-admin>theme options>custom css/js and add this code

    #footer{
    background: #000;
    }

    1.Yes, i am talking about the space above the button. Now i saw the wave but only in desktop view, not in the mobile. Is that supposed to be? Is it possible to bring back the previous button without wave?

     

    I think my sonar version was 2 point... can't remember the rest numbers. I download the theme August 9, 2018 (without Elementor) and update it for the first time.

     

    2. I add the code for footer, but now there is black space above footer (between other colors) and white below, not black. Only in home page is black below. Is there other way to fix it without this spaces?

    Thanks for the information.
    At the August 9 the sonaar version was 1.8.5

    1. You right the wave should not be there. I have fixed it with a custom css code.

    2. Be right back soon with a better solution
