Everytime i tried to install the zip file i get a message saying the zip file has expired. I tried numerous times to load file and it's not permitting to load. I either need the correct zip file or i want my money to be returned back into my account immediately.
it looks like you dont have enough memory or ressource to upload the theme directly from your wordpress dashboard but I dont have much details what exactly cause the issue. Can you please provide me access to your FTP and I will be able to install the theme manually via FTP.
Ok I tried with another combination of user/pass and it works.
You have a real mess in your ftp structure. This seem a very old WP installation and there are a lot of unused or mixed files.
The error why we cannot install the plugin is: Fatal error: Cannot redeclare add_filter() (previously declared in /hermes/bosnacweb05/bosnacweb05as/b2443/ipw.4fourplayentcom/public_html/wp-includes/plugin.php:108) in /hermes/bosnacweb05/bosnacweb05as/b2443/ipw.4fourplayentcom/public_html/plugin.php on line 88
This mean that the CORE WP file have been modified. In fact, the error refer to the core file of WP and not our theme or plugin.
That being said, I recommend that you install the theme from scratch (on a clean WP install).If you cannot, I will refund.
Where exactly were was the files ? If you want to rollback to BEFORE we install the theme, you will have either to check with your hosting provider to get a backup copy, or go to wp-admin > tools > backup > https://d.pr/i/bo0KJh
But you will lost all the change you made within the last week..

The issue was related with your PHP version and limit. Theme has been installed and The Beat Demo has been imported.
However, there is an issue with the Sonaar Addons plugin. I can fix it but the FTP access you have provided does not work. https://d.pr/i/s4u56Z

When we install a new theme's demo, it completely swipe your assets to be replaced by the demo's content.
The only way to retreive your old content in your media library is to roll back to a backup as I mentionned in my last message.
