3) I dont understand. Buttons look the same:

The text button color is from wp-admin>themes option>look and feel>text color 1
And the background button color is from wp-admin>themes option>look and feel>color 1

2)You have to clear cache everytime you change something in the style. The way to do this depend which browser you are using. I quick search on google will guide you. Sometime you also need to clear cache from the plugin you are using

1) No, you cant apply a background color over a background image. You should make your image darker with a image editor as photoshop.

2)You have to add a track. Select "stream" as source and dont fill the "external audio link"
