I dont how I can help. The Mailchimp for WP plugin works well with our theme. Are you able to try with another mailchimp API? If not, I can try with my own.
Sorry it is my confusion. If you provide a login credential to your wp-admin, I will take a look. But I think the issue is more about how you have setup the mailchimp. More option are available on the mailchimp account side.
I too am having the same problem. I am using the studio theme. I've input my mailchimp API into the theme settings, and it appears to submit successfully on my page, but goes nowhere. I spoke to mailchimp and they indicated that there is an issue with the code.
Here is what they provided:
"I see that that value "null" is invalid when using the API v3.0 If there is information that you want to ignore (like first name and last name) , you can remove the current parameter being used or you use an empty string to accomplish that. If you are not familiar with how that is changed, you may need to seek the assistance of a developer or the support of the host provider the form was created with."
It sounds like there is an issue because the First Name & Last Name are hidden (as defaulted with the theme). Can you assist?
That seemed to make the form work and add the email to the Mailchimp list but the menu item to add the Mailchimp API key is now gone from the Theme Options. Actually, I spoke too soon. Now there is "Please insert your API key" in place of the signup form.
Hello

I putted the good API of my mailchimp's account in the theme setting in line mailchimp.
I can select the list im the mailchimp account setting but when i make subscription that doesn't appear in my mailchimp's account's list...

Bonjour Alexandre
Oh i talk about the widget mailchimp from Sonaar not the one from the mailchimp WP plugin. Cause I like its appearance.
By the way, I'm musician not webmaster, so, maybe I did a mistake somewhere... :)

Hi, I'm experiencing the same issue. Could you please explain to me how to fix it?
Hi Chyco,
Please replace the elementor for sonaar plugin by the one attached on this post
Thanks,
Alexandre from the Sonaar.io Crew

Same issue as @RJ, getting "Please insert your API key".
My mistake,
please rename the plugin folder to "elementor-for-sonaar"
Thanks,
Alexandre from the Sonaar.io Crew
That worked! Thank you!
