Hi. I've set up my MailChimp API and MailChimp list in the plugin 'MailChimp for WP' and in 'Sonaar Theme Options' - however no emails entered in the footer form come through to Mailchimp. Could it be a problem with the theme? --- Hope you can help.
I've updated the plugin to 1.2.1 but this has not solved the issue. Signup emails are not coming through to mailchimp audience list. Any ideas what to try next?
Maybe I wrong, but I m pretty convain the issue is now fixed in our theme code. Have you clear the cache here https://d.pr/free/i/DUGox2
If the issue persists, please disable all plugins exept elementor and elementor sonaar addon and try the mailchimp form. My guess is maybe one plugins do conflict. Maybe the Autoptimize plugin or one of the mailchimp plugins activated.

Please Remove the Elementor Sonaar Addons 1.2 plugin and go to wp-admin>appearance>install plugin to install Elementor Sonaar Addons 1.2.1

Maybe you have to clear the cache browser. Please try again and if the issue persists please provide a login credential to the wp-admin.
