demo import doesn't show up

    today I install the sonaar 'moomchild' template.

    installation and activating worked.

    the problem is WP-Admin > Tools > Demo Content Install doesn't show up.

    Iron demo importer can't be activated when I looked at Appearance > install plugins even though I tried many times.

    Is there some server or php problem on my own?

    I'd like to have your answer for solution.

    May I have a login credential to the wp-admin. 
    And please tell me which demo you want.

    I dont have access to your admin url
    error 403

    Maybe IPs from other country are blocked

    I removed and re-install the iron-demo-importer plugin. 
    Moonlight is now imported
