To change, add or remove menu items, go to wp-admin > appearance > menu
To add an account page, you will need a plugin depending your need. Perhaps you can check on wordpress forums or google to find out which plugins fits the best with your need. I dont know them all unfortunately.

I was trying to edit the contact pages on the Chop Shop main menu that I'm using.
I labeled it "Account"
I didn't mess with the main menu theme originals but .........I don't know how to
find the contact pages that came with the theme, on the current version that I'm working. Nor do the originals seem available.
Also could you tell me the process to add a useable account page?
