First, can I just say, making an account was a bear. I used uppercase, lowercase, numbers, and special characters, and it still gave me the error message, that I needed to make a stronger password. I kept adding more and more to it until it let me make the account. I guess you need two of each, but that wasn't clear at all.
The reason I am writing was that I was going to buy the "Stand Up" template but decided to go for "all templates" instead because it was only a little bit more money. I thought I would be able to download templates individually. Instead, I got a HUGE zip file. Every time I attempt to install it, it times out. It's like 27mb! I am using GoDaddy's Basic WordPress hosting option. It will not upload. I have tried three times at the domain and also using the IP address.
Obviously the "all" plan I just bought is worthless to me because I can't even install it into WordPress. If you know a way I can install it, please let me know. Otherwise, please refund me and cancel my "all" transaction. I'll do a new transaction for the one template.
Hi, thanks for your reply. My max upload is 100mb so that isn't the issue. It's timing out. I tried both Firefox and Chrome. I have the fastest Internet package so it's not my connection. It gets to about 77% (only takes about 10 seconds) and then starts over at 0%. Eventually it just times out. "Server timeout waiting for the HTTP request from the client."
Is it possible whatever package I have has a flaw in it? Have others installed sonaar.zip successfully on the latest version?

Hi Maxime, I was in the template itself and there was a message that said "Update available" and when I clicked it, it said I didn't have the proper credentials (or something like that). Thank you for updating it.
Can someone please help me install the Stand Up template? When I installed the sonaar-child.zip only the music one came through. I am extremely frustrated by this entire process. I only ever wanted the Stand Up template and was tempted to pay more to get all of the templates, but each thing I have tried hasn't been working out at all, and I would prefer to refund my money so I can just buy Stand Up, install it, and be done with this whole thing.

About your issue, you probably need to increase the wordpress max upload. you have to contact your webhost provider to do it.

I just went to your wp-admin > appearance > themes and clicked update and the theme has been updated. I dont know what went wrong when you tried it.
