    Hi,

    I've uploaded the Apex theme, added in my license key, and installed all plugins. I'm getting the notification that demo content can't be downloaded since the license key is not valid. 

    Please help?! I just purchased this license key and haven't used it anywhere else.

    I have deactivated a couple of plugins (except the required ones), and now it should work. One of your plugin was blocking the communication from your server to our server for licence activation.

    Please try to import a theme demo now. let me know.

    Hi,

    Make sure to assign the menu. Go to wp-admin > appearance > menu > location and assign the menu to the main menu. see screenshot: https://d.pr/i/0H9D98

    What are the default settings for the Apex live demo menu? I want my menu to look exactly like that, but those settings weren't defaulted on my home page when I loaded the demo content. I'm having a hard time trying to duplicate those settings.
