    Hi,

Im the same person who chatted with you earlier.

Could you please provide me access to your wp-admin and I will gladly check the issue you have.

From what I see, the error you have is related to the maximum upload file size limit your server is set. Our theme file size is around 26mb so you need to make sure that your hosting provider allow you to upload file size more than 26mb within WordPress

    Thanks,

You can reply privately right here by checking reply private. The issue you have is because your server times out when running the importation script. Probably you run on the default settings that came with your server so your max_execution_time limit is the default 30 seconds. you need to raise this to 600 seconds. talk to your web hosting about this.

But since you are "regretting every second of this purchase!" and you seem in a hurry, I can refund you so we both will not lose our time here. Let me know and i'm going to proceed with a full refund.

    Thanks,

Hi I have tried reinstalling the theme (as i want to start over) and now all the the images are missing from the uploads folder. including the original images from the template theme. Also when i try and used WooCommerce  I get this "you must call the_content function in the current template" message

I guess when i re uploaded the sonaar theme (to overwrite) i must have done something wrong. Also before that my host provider told me to upload the sonaar.zip file and that they would expand it from their end.

    Hi,

For that specific issue you have " the site is experiencing technical difficulties"

please check directly with your webhost as this seems related to your server and I don't have any control on this.

    Thanks,

I recommend that you reinstall WordPress.

    1) your website is EXTREMELY slow compared to our other user.

    2) Your folder structure is quiet different from the usual/genuine WordPress structure. There is no WP-Admin folder which is a default/core folder for WP.

    3) Your server has a redirect loop when connecting to your WP dashboard. (this is probably be caused by #2 above).

Check with your hosting provider or switch server for a real, fast and cheap wordpress hosting.

    Thanks,
