Mandala: Assign different menu setting to home page

    Hi,

I got the Mandala theme because I really like that the menu collapses when scrolling down. This looks great for my design, however the larger menu can be glitchy sometimes (e.g. overlapping on top of content until the page is refreshed). That said, I'd like to keep this effect for the landing page but for all other pages I'd like the compact menu only (i.e. horizontal strip at the top with smaller logo).

How can I make all other pages than the landing page have just the compact menu, rather than the two different menu designs with scrolling effect?

    Thanks,
    Erik

    Hi,

We don't have theme options for this. That would requires custom js which is unfortunately behind the scope of our support.

For custom works, we strongly recommend these guys: WP Kraken - https://sonaar.io/go/wpkraken

It's cheap! And the cool thing is that if you are not satisfied with their service Seanlai, or they don't meet your guidelines, you will get your money back ! It's 100% guaranteed.

    Hi,

Kraken wants $400 to make the change. I obviously won't pay that much.

The reason why I need to make this modification is that the menu glitches often, as per my other support ticket on that matter. Could you please either help me fix the glitching or provide a means to make the menu already collapsed by default?

    Thank you,

    Erik

    Hi,

What is the glitches exactly? can you send me a screenshot and steps so I can reproduce your issue? I dont understand. You have 10 other tickets opened. Im kinda confused.

Here is how to reproduce the issue:

    1. Go to https://lifemusic.group (using Chrome)
    2. Scroll down to the bottom of the page
    3. Refresh the page from the browser
    4. Scroll back up to the top
    5. Notice that the menu is now over the page contents

    I've included a screenshot.

    Thanks,

    Erik

    Excellent. Thank you!

If possible, please also add an option in the Settings menu to disable the switching effect and only use the compact menu (see screenshot). Even more amazing would be the ability to assign a different setting for the Home page and the rest of the site. Otherwise I can accomplish this with a duplicate of the theme and additional plugins, which is less than ideal.

We already have this option. see screenshot: https://d.pr/i/Vn6LCN

but you cant set this feature per page basis.
