I have an issue, sometimes when i click a page that i want to open from menu or footer (as a visitor), the page doesn't load, it only shows me a white empty page. Could you please help me with this?
The issue is 100% related to the ajax page loading. there is a JS error in the console.
the quick workaround is that you disable ajax loading / continuous audio player by going to wp-admin > theme options > general settings and turn off ajax.
the other soltuion is that we check what cause the issue but im not sure if we can fix it. we need to investigate.
Could you please provide me access to your wp-admin and I will gladly check the issue you have.
I don't need ajax for the moment so i turned it off.
I just saw that you added the Real-Time Spectrum Analyzer on Audio Player feature. Thats great news! I have another problem though.
Every time i add a Local MP3 on Playlist / All Playlists / Edit Playlist / Tracklist, it never plays. It shows me the player but it can't play sound. I tried with big and small sized MP3s but neither played. I just tried again with a file less than 1MB and it doesn't play. Is there a workaround on this?
They all play now because instead of adding a Local MP3 i add the tracks as Stream and for the External Audio link i copied and pasted the file URL from my media library.
I changed it again to Local MP3 for you to check. This is the url. The track is 859 KB.
1) it depends. I invite you to learn more about what a CDN is and check with your hosting provider. Here we never used a CDN and we server content all over the world. never been an issue.
2) correct
3) you need to check with your hosting provider so they can, if possible, add yourdomain.com to its CORS header. You cannot do it yourself as this is server related.
Thanks for the help. I worked the first solution, i disabled my CDN two days ago, turned on "Enable Continuous Audio Player and AJAX" & "Enable Real-Time Spectrum Analyzer on Audio Player UNDER BETA" and also cleared cache but real spectrum analyzer don't appear. I still shows the random waveforms. Whats the problem?
The footer player shows sounds bars for design purpose only. they are generated automatically. The reason is because showing real bars slow down a lot the website (because we had to download the whole MP3 file before showing up the soundwave) and also make the browsers of mobile phone (and slow computer) crash because its too much processor consuming.

I just tried and the same thing happened.
From here https://introvartsounds.com/sample-packs/ go in footer and click on "BLOG".
50% of the times it will open regularly but the 50% not at all.
Same thing happens and with the top theme menu. try to browse through the pages.

Hello Maxime,
valuable information, thank you.
1)I have some questions though, the first solution is a good idea? Disabling my CDN?
2)The second solution solves some problems but it cant give me real time spectrum analyzer.
3)The third seems the best but there is no way i can to this by myself...Can you please tell me how to do it?
Best,
Vasilis.

which spectrum analyzer are you refering to exactly?

Hi,
i want the audio player to display real waveform of each track.
The real spectrum analyzer refers to this player: https://d.pr/i/xZCj0v
The footer player shows sounds bars for design purpose only. they are generated automatically. The reason is because showing real bars slow down a lot the website (because we had to download the whole MP3 file before showing up the soundwave) and also make the browsers of mobile phone (and slow computer) crash because its too much processor consuming.
