I'm just noticed that waveform didn't create for iPhone and iPad. For others devices (including all web browsers, except TOR) - all ok. I tried to deactivate all my plugins (there not so much, just Yoast, Total cach, Popup builder and Blog2Social), but it didn't to resolve my issue. Also i set up in header.php tracking codes for GA and Tag Manager, then tried it to remove them too, so, eventually i leave only your plugin and Elementor, but it didn't resolve my issue too:( Also, i've tried to change the theme to another - same result.
My last attempt was that I installed a test website on the localhost (all by default), installed your plug-in and connected my iPhone and iPad through my local network - as a result, the plug-in does not work on all iPhone devices. Will this be fixed?
Are you using iOS13 ? There is a known issue on iOS 13 where waveform does not display. We are trying to fix it but the issue seems coming from the iOS13 update. We are still investigating and need help from the Apple team.
