    Since I have updated to the new version, I am receiving an error message when I access the website at https://ofp.pt.

    Hi Jose,

    It is possible for you to contact your webhost provider and ask them to set "allow_url_fopen" to "on" in the ini.php or the cpanel.

    It is no more necessary to set the allow_url to "on". I have find a better way to fix the issue. It is fixed.
