Since the update i have tried to install 5 different themes and also wiped out word press 2 times BUT the main menu is gone. The mouse reacts but the links doesnt work and you dont see the links. Its not the colours but its really fucked up.
Tried 4 different word press updates as well but nope.

Do you have any cache plugin or CDN? if so, try to clear the cache/reset the CDN.
If it does not work, please provide me access to your wp-admin and I will gladly check the issue you have.
