Hi, I've created a fresh clean wordpress installation and have installed the Sonaar theme, but when I try to import the 'Apex' demo content I get this message "The execution failed. Please check error.log"
Can you help? Also I'm not sure where to find the error log
PS We do have an account with Sonnar having purchased it last year but cant seem to login to the support area even though we can login to the Account? not sure why , should the login details be the same or are they different for the support/account sections

Could you please provide me access to your wp-admin and I will gladly check the issue you have.
Also, i might need access to your FTP so if you can provide me the FTP access also, that will save time and avoid back and forth between you and us.

Alright fixed.
I think it was because your server missed some memory so I disabled all the plugins, imported the theme demo, then reactivated the plugins.
