I meant an appered page whan i open direct permalink (see attachement) I did it only on my localhost instead "work" hosting, so my real page on my website are still with old version (1.2). In this situation i leaved all files "as is", so, i didn't change anything in css or php codes.
Upd.
Also, i made a compare between 1.2 and 1.3 version (all by default, was tested on "Twenty sixteen" theme). As you can see here's a big visual change too: https://ibb.co/T2VRQ62

Is there any way to fix it?

What music page are you refering to? You mean your homepage ? if not, can you send me the url
also, did you use custom css to customize it? Some css class has changed.

Yes, we now have a templates for the custom post type.
So there is now a page template for each of your album. This was added in the new version. See changelog here:
