I notice that your server is very slow compared to the average of our user..who is your web hosting?
And I still believe that your server does not interpret json files as it should. Perhaps deactivate any cache plugin or CDN on your server or check directly with your server why the json are not read.
the sticky player use vue.js framework. thats the only difference. so make sure CDN, cache plugin or your server does not block external JS files to load.
I used the elementor mp3 widget, it shows the wav file but when you click play it disappears and nothing plays.
Hi,
what is your URL where I can see your player?
Thanks,

https://subtonicsoundsrecords.com/
Your server seems to interprets the json files (its a file that our player use to list the mp3 files to be played) incorrectly. This is the playlist https://subtonicsoundsrecords.com/?load=playlist.json&title=&albums=79
usually, it would show raw texts that contains the element to load. In your case, it just show your website.
Could you please provide me access to your wp-admin and I will gladly check the issue you have.
Thanks,

Replied privately, I think I did it right?

Your json file is located here: https://subtonicsoundsrecords.com/?load=playlist.json&title=&albums=79
when you click on it, it should display raw content...something like this: https://sonaar.io/?load=playlist.json&title=&albums=5334

Okay, easywp is the host. They found it to works fine when the sticky player is disabled. So now I'm just trying to see why that is.
