    Dear Sir or Madam,

    we have your MP3 player installed on Wordpress with Elementor. This also works on the desktop version, HOWEVER NOT on a smartphone. There is no sound on it.

    Hi,

    Thanks for your message.

    We are aware of this issue and we are working to find a fix. This affects only iOS running iOS v13 and not the Android users. 

    This is on our top priority but we don't have any ETA yet. Stay tuned.

    Delete the pro plugin then install this version instead
