    I wanted to update the theme I was using for my podcast. I installed a new demo theme and now all my episodes and everything are gone! I want to revert to the previous setup. It said everything was being backed up. Please help!

    If you want to rollback to your previous website, perhaps ask your hosting provider for a backup?
