We tested it on 2 podcasts. One was from buzz sprout, the other was from anchor.fm, we imported both. Buzzsprout podcast works perfect on the sticky player at the Bottom. The anchor one does not. Major problem since most of our shows are on Anchor.
Can you please help? From what we have seen, the RSS importer pulled the mp3 links properly into the show.
Also one detail to note: I am using a local desktop server in my testing. But the audio links that come with the demo work in the player, as do the buzzsprout rss podcast I imported. Only anchor RSS feeds seem to have a problem.
Ok, I understand that! Can we cancel our current account and use the money back guarantee for now? My bosses won't want me to use this theme if it doesn't currently work for our purposes, but once it gets fixed we'd be happy to purchase again! Love the idea, once it's working it'll be killer!

Ok, it seems that Anchor's enclosure URL are a little bit different from other host.
their encoding format stream URL is a bit weird:
https://anchor.fm/s/9a68afc/podcast/play/8342226/https%3A%2F%2Fd3ctxlq1ktw2nl.cloudfront.net%2Fproduction%2F2019-10-8%2F33431563-44100-2-3dfdf6959ac16.mp3
For an unknown reason, they decode the first https:// trailing slashes, but they encode the other one to "https%3A%2F%2F"
That said, our import script tries to re-decode the second trailing slashes and this cause an issue.
We will try to patch this bug on our side and we will release a theme update soon.
