    I don't see the thumbnail when I upload a file, also I like to have the playlist in 3 different rows, is that possible? some of my playlists have more than 60 songs in them

    Have you uploaded a featured image in your playlist?

    I dont understand what you mean by having the playlist in 3 different rows ?
