Left my live Wordpress installation for a big bout of offline theme customisation work on my own Xaamp local server. All well and good. Returned today to my live Wordpress hosting to find that my already activated theme had reverted to unactivated status. Annoyed by this I dug out the registration code again and re-entered it - but it was refused. Tried several times over with the same negative result. Why is this happening? And how can I fix it ASAP?
Logged in. Found both my live site and my offfline localhost server both listed. Both were already active. Returned to live site, re-entered the licence key and it validated this time. Not sure why as I changed nothing. Why did this problem happen in the first place?
We are currently working on our license API scripts. perhaps we had a downtime. I cant really say exactly why. During the next couple of week, we will change our API script for a better one. Dont worry tho, if your license deactivate, you still can use the theme and your website will work just fine.

You can manage your site activations by login into your Sonaar account > My Account > License Keys > Manage Sites.
