As an update. I deactivated all of these plugins and it still doesn't work, so the challenge is something else I guess!
Seems like the player hasn't been working since I upgraded to 4.8. Could this be the case?
OK worked it out. Somehow the Enable Continuous Audio Player and AJAX was turned off.
