I recently purchased this theme and just finished redesigning my website with it, but it seems there is some issues which keep coming up:

1. Wordpress is alerting  me there is an update for the theme and upon attempting to update it - I get an error telling me the package is unavailable. 

2. The key for my license to this theme keeps disappearing. It's easily fixed by logging in and reapplying they key, however, I'm very annoyed that this is a near constant issue when it shouldn't be. 

Any ideas on how to fix these issues?
