Hi. I have just purchased a lifetime subscription to sonaar themes. I have installed and validated successfully. However when I go to auto install any demo it fails and asks me check the error log. firstly I don't know where the error log is and I have tried to look for it. Secondly, I have gone into php settings and extended the time to 600 as per instructions but that has not helped. Thirdly I have tried to upload them manually as per your video instruction but when I check the 'package' that I have downloaded there is no theme content at all and there are no other files for me to download. The only folders in my package are - documents, license, freebies and theme. There is also a readme file which I have read. Thanks for your help.
I have just discovered the error logs. I am using hostinger to host my sites.

line 96 in the config that reads - define(‘WP_MEMORY_LIMIT’,’64m’); . Adding this to the end of config did not help.

Also it is a new/clean installation of wp. with all required plugins installed. the error reads
The execution failed. Please check error.log

PS since the writing the above I have been on the chat line with the hostinger help and they advised me to delete line 96 which I did with no change and then I disabled all the plugins with no change in outcome and then they 'boosted' the account? what ever that means and it worked. They could only boost it for an hour. Can we please look into this issue for a long term fix please? Thanks
the WP_Cron and WP_Memory are not related and the wp_cron line wont help. The issue you have is that your server miss memory and times out when importing the demo.
Instead of trying to fix it, we will import the demo manually, its gonna be easier and faster.
Which theme demo you want to import? I will send you the file.
