After unzipping, installing the sonaar music zip file, and following the steps that was presented. (By the way, that was a really easy process, thanks for that) I then, activate the license, and finally installed the theme I wanted. Or what you guys call it, installing the demo content.

After that finished, it redirects me to my root/index.html/home page. When I tried going back to the backend of wordpress, the urls said:https://andrewjlee.info/wp-admin/upgrade.php?_wp_http_referer=%2Fwp-admin%2F
And it led to a 404 page not found.
I've tried:
Renaming the Plugins fold
WP_CONTENT > PLUGINS
AND/OR
Renaming the Themes folder
WP_CONTENT > THEMES
And then going back to the login page.
As you may already have figured, it did not work.
I'm pretty sure it has something to do with the demo content, but I can't figure out how to fix it.
Nevermind, I ended up making a whole new wordpress install.
