I need to delete or redirect the podcast feed so that Google will only pick up a new RSS that is produced by a new hosting platform.
I previously used the redirect button in the backend 'podcast feed' section thinking this would work. Seems not, as Google isn't picking up the podcast now.
I have now disabled the RSS feed in the backend. However, the old one at https://nqatpod.com/feed/podcast/ appears to still be there.
I have a couple of questions.
1) Can I manually delete the old RSS?
2) For Google, I need to link to the new RSS on the front page. Is it possible, in elementor, to set up this link in the correct format, specifying the type:
i.e
<link rel="alternate" type="application/rss+xml" title="No Question About That - a Manchester United podcast" href="https://www.nqatpod.com/feed/podcast"/>
If you have disabled the rss feed from our theme (with this option: https://d.pr/i/dOnJpv ) then the rss feed is generated by one of your third party plugin. Please check directly with the author of your third party plugin.
