Are the plugins free or do they come with the purchase of the moonlight theme? i.e. Visual Composer plugin and WooCommerce plugin Or do I need to purchase these separately?
It comes with the theme. When you will install the theme, it will automatically install the required plugin for you which are Elementor (it now replace Visual Composer plugin), Revolution Slider and Essential Grid).
then you can also add WooCommerce plugin for free by going to wp-admin > Plugins > Add New and search for 'WooCommerce'
