1) Soundwave does not show up because you are using a CDN on your server and thus, the MP3 file are not virtually hosted on the same server than your website. Make sure to disable your CDN from your web hosting. Here is the error you have: https://d.pr/i/c9NWqM
2) The soundtrack names can be set by simply editing the mp3. see video: https://d.pr/v/kRiPEP
3) You could not see the track in your webpage because the track colors were white on white background. To change color, go to wp-admin > MP3 Player > Settings
Unfortunately, there is so much plugins out there that we can't test all the plugins with our themes. We are not aware of conflict with Sonaar theme and other third party plugins. If you have an issue, let us know.
For the "same critical error" , please provide me access to your ftp so we can check your error.log.

Yes, we can exchange the mp3 for the theme. Please buy the theme. When you bought it, let me know your license key and we will refund the mp3 player.

Ok will do. So just for my information, when I purchase the yearly wordpress access to all themes, how many websites can I use on?
This came up upon theme installation.
And it will not let me back into the website since installation of theme.
please provide me access to your ftp.
you simply have to deactivate the mp3 audio player because it comes with the theme so it cause conflict with the standalone plugin.
Thanks,
Max from the Sonaar.io Crew
