But the sticky player does not appear. I am using the latest version of WordPress and the site's theme is called Unicon (available on themeforest.net) which uses the WPBakery page builder.
I've tried using Chrome and Safari but no luck. The player works well inside the post but not at all as a sticky player.
Ok now that I've clicked the play button I see the sticky player has appeared but I was expecting the sticky player to be visible on page load. Is there a setting for that? We don't want any MP3 player content in the post area, just the sticky player alone. Is this possible?
I found this website as an example of what I would like to do: https://www.demiah.com/ but I realize that site is built with the Elementor page builder... I'm beginning to think your plugin isn't as flexible with other page builders. The two page builders I use on my websites are BeaverBuilder and WPBakery
Thought I'd also mention that the soundwave does not appear in the sticky player no matter what colour I choose (VC page builder nor the BeaverBuilder). The MP3 icon appear in the text editor doesn't appear either when using the BeaverBuilder page builder. I have to copy/paste the shortcode manually.
These are the two sites I am working on which are hosted on a WordPress multisite network:
My name is Max and im the ceo of Sonaar. Nice to meet you!
I see you offer a great service @ epkhosting.com ! very nice!
For the sticky player to load on page load, its funny because its a feature we are ready to launch very very soon (Probably this afternoon or tomorrow). What a timing ! The release will be part of the pro version 1.6
You will just have to edit your page or post and select the playlist you want to load (see screenshot: https://d.pr/i/VxYvSO )
For the other issue you mentioned, I dont see any sticky player on your page..can you please guide me where I can reproduce the issue on your website?
As for this one we'd like to have 4 playlists displayed as shown at the bottom of the page but be able to skip between them in the sticky player... is that possible without Elementor?
The issue you have with the soundwave that does not show up is caused by the theme you are using. If you activate any other theme such as Twenty Fifteen, etc.. the soundwave shows up.
I recommend that you check directly with Beaverbuilder for this particular case.
CPDM Website:
the plugin GigPress is causing the issue. I have disabled the plugin and did a test here and the soundwave works fine: https://epkhosting.com/cpdm/test/
Unfortunately, we do not officially support Beaver Builder. You can however use standard shortcodes and attributes. You can find the shortcode and attributes here: https://sonaar.ticksy.com/article/15282
I've inserted the shortcode:
[sonaar_audioplayer title="Commandant Coustou" albums="2010" hide_artwork="true" show_album_market="true" sticky_player="true"][/sonaar_audioplayer]

Sorry about that, I was up late last night trying to troubleshoot them:

Could you please provide me access to your wp-admin and I will gladly check the issue you have.
For the ability to select multiple playlist, this is not possible at this time but its definitely something we would add in a newer version
Thanks,
Max from the Sonaar.io Crew

Hi,
Good news. We have fixed the issue and updated your plugin with the latest version. please check.
the issue was because we used a css class that was also used by some themes and plugins so it created a conflict. We renamed our class.
Thanks,
Max from the Sonaar.io Crew
In addition, we have added a new feature to display the sticky player on page load. Edit your page and you will see the option: https://d.pr/i/1PuE1f
You can select multiple playlist. enjoy

That's great progress but there is still one issue... the MP3 player shortcode icon does not appear within the text block of the beaverbuilder.
