Hey there!

I currently want to set up a "Coming Soon" page for my website.

I was using the "Coming Soon" Page of the Apex Template and set everything up.

When uploading, everything showed up, but there was that header and footer there with logo, about, contact, social media etc.

I don't wanted that for sure, so I switched the site to "Elementor Canvas" mode, "removing" header and footer.

Inside of Elementor everything showed up well, but when uploading to the site and visiting it, everything is blank:

It should look like:

Also, when adding elements like pictures to the same site, the picture will show up after uploading.

Is there anything I do wrong, because it seems that there's a problem with the coming soon template page, nothing of that template shows up in Elementor Canvas mode.

It's working on my desktop device, but somehow not on my mobile device.

Desktop is fine, mobile is still black screen..

Do you know how to fix this too?

Hi Robin,

This ticket is Public, so you shouldn't post admin login and password for everyone to see ;) 

You should reset the password or delete the admin-account so that no one messes with you
