It works if I renamed the single-video.php to _single-video.php
So basically I need to remove the singe video template for my own template to take priority. This works ofc, but what happens when the theme gets updated, will a new single-video.php file be created, overriding my own template all over again?
Is there any way for me to avoid that from happening?
Hi, I know I can override the default template for videos by copying single-video.php to my child-theme.
But is it possible to instead go via Templates --> Theme Builder?
I tried; Add New --> Single --> Video
But the template I created isn't overriding the default template.
So is this possible, and if so, can you point me in the right direction?
Thanks! /David

Hi,
I guess you are using Elementor Pro's theme builder feature, correct? If so, Ill have to test it a bit

Hi,
Please replace your single-video.php by this one attached (make sure to unzip it first).
your issue will be fixed.
We will also include this fix in our next theme update so dont worry about updating the theme in the next theme update.
Thanks,

Thank you Maxime! :)
