So we are trying to discard anything in the theme or demo that is NOT needed. Can anyone please advise what folders/items/images/pages can be safely discarded from the theme of Sonaar or Sonaar child in order to free up more disk storage space? Specifically, the host said there is a "fw-backup" folder that is taking up 180 MB of space in
/public_html/wp-content/uploads/fw-backup . Can that be thrown away without worry to break something in the theme? Thank you as we are stuck.

I was talking about this folder /public_html/wp-content/themes/sonaar/includes But dont delete it. The folder you can delete is /public_html/wp-content/themes/sonaar/includes/plugins. In this folder you can find the wpbakery, essential grid and Slider revolution installation files. You only need those files to install those plugins. You can also delete /public_html/wp-content/uploads/fw-backup folder, but be aware you will loose all backup you have done through the wp-admin>tools>backup.
Having Trouble again with enough room on server. I'm trying to delete all the old backups which are taking up 133.74 MB of space. When I go to make a backup that I can download and store before deleting all old backups, I get this error message:

How do I resolve this issue and make my backup, so I can then delete all the old backups and get disk space back.

Ok, so you may be right that I need to contact someone else, I just don't know who to go to for help and it's very frustrating to be stuck without assistance. So at the very least I do appreciate you taking the time to reply. Under Wordpress, it says Tools in the menu on the left side of screen, then under there it says Backup. I don't know what backup tool it is. How would I find out? I also can't update Wordpress. I'm doing all this to try and backup all content from the website, which includes Sonaar theme and child, plus all content, but I can't backup and thus can't avoid the space overage costs I'm accruing monthly.
This backup tool you are using come from the iron-demo-importer plugins. This is not the best backup tool. This plugin goal is more about importing demo content.
I dont understand why you want to do backup before deleting other backups files. You are saying you want to remove those backup files because you dont have enough space memory on your server. Maybe you dont have enough space to create a new backup.
So export your last backup, and delete all of them. And retry to do your backup.
But you should contact your webhost provider. They probably already have a better backup system.

In the "includes" folder, you can remove the "plugins" folder but first copy it as backup.

But dont delete it. The folder you can delete is /public_html/wp-content/themes/sonaar/includes/plugins.
