I used Poedit to translate a few words. It works fine but there is one problem left :

I had translated the text "Available now on" by "Disponible sur". It appears just one time in the original sonaar.pot.

The translation is ok on this page : http://louisecombier.fr/albums/unefleurenhiver/

But the translation is not used on this page : http://louisecombier.fr/

So is there a problem with your theme as there is no way to translate "Available now on" in another area.
