I have refreshed my YouTube API, cleared the cache in global settings, and made a totally new API & am just wanting to show most recent upload in succession. It seems the videos are stuck in the older, current order.

What if the theme is already installed, would I need to buy and download it again just to receive support?
You need to have an active license to get support. You dont need to redownload and reinstall it...
You only need the license key.
