Installed the MP3 player pro version per the email instructions:

1. install the free plugin (conflict because I am using your theme and its already included, so I had to deactivate it...)

2. install the pro plugin

3. 301 redirects, website down, here is the error:

Removed all plugins from the DB:

UPDATE wp_options SET option_value = '' WHERE option_name = 'active_plugins';

site back up.  enabled them all back except yours and everything is back up and running.

Well, if there is a way to use the audio player without breaking the website, that would be cool.  Otherwise, I will probably need a refund... It is a problem with the paid version after all.  Any ideas?

I didnt realize it already had the pro version.  Apparently I bought it not knowing it was already included.  I must have missed that somehow.

I just bought it this weekend.  Can I get a refund?
