    Good morning Sonaar Music help team, 

    I wonder if you could help me. I emailed the relevant email listed on your website on Saturday morning and received a reply from Max this morning to open a ticket here for assistance instead so I apologise if this is doubling up on correspondence I have already submitted . 

    I purchased & uploaded the pro MP3 player on Friday, but it keeps crashing our website  - particularly when accessed on mobile phones. On desktops / laptops it is working better, but unfortunately still has a having of freezing half way through on certain tracks. 

    Is there a way that you know of to fix the two problems above or is it more likely to be a compatibility problem with no ultimate fix?

    Hi there,

    Your website is not optimized at all. Your homepage only is 52mb ! this is huge ! it means every one who visit your website on mobile phone on 3G, you take them 52mb of bandwidth usage ! You must reduce your image file size.

    Also make sure to use MP3 size less than 8mb. Because our plugin have to generate a real-time spectrum soundwave graphic, it must pre-download the mp3 file in the backend. This is very time consuming for mobile phone especially if you use big file size.
