    Hello,

I bought the PRO version and installed it here : http://mello.pm/musicnow/

As you can see in my screenshot attached, there is no "setting" link and in wordpress main admin menu, there is no link to your plugin settings.

The only link I get after plugin activation is "Please activate your license to get features updates, statistic reports and premium support". And the link is failing : http://mello.pm/musicnow/wp-admin/edit.php?post_type=album&page=sonaar_music_pro_license -> "Sorry, you are not allowed to access this page."

My wordpress version is : 5.3.2

    And I use Mayosis theme : 2.7.1

Active plugins list in attachments too.

Please let me know how to fix this.

    Thanks,

    Adrien

    Hi,

make sure to ALSO install the MP3 Music Player by Sonaar plugin (free version).

The pro plugin is an addon-on to the free version. You must run both plugin at same time. I installed it for you.

    please check now

Ok, thanks, I got it. Both Free and Pro plugins have to be activated.

Now I get a strange display. I generated the shortcode as advised :
    [sonaar_audioplayer title="Rock" albums="1947" show_playlist="true" show_track_market="true" show_album_market="true" sticky_player="true"][/sonaar_audioplayer]

And I added it to this page : http://mello.pm/musicnow/all-products/

The display is broken. Have you seen that before ? How can we fix that ?

    Hi,

Do you have the same issue with the plugins desactivated?

If no, send me a screenshot with and without the plugin deactivated so I can see the difference.

    Thanks,

I mean that sonaar plugin display is broken. I expected the nice sticky bar and I get this (attached).

    Hi, please check: https://d.pr/i/2ygh2f

    1) I have added a playlist cover.

    2) I have uploaded a working MP3 file. Your mp3 files you have used seems not well encoded for some reason. As you see, the track I have uploaded work and your tracks does not. Please try reupload your tracks or re-encode them.

    3) If you use Elementor, you will have much more ways to customize and style the player.

Please watch this video tutorial to get started with our MP3 Player https://sonaar.ticksy.com/article/15282

    Thanks,

Thanks, everything works as expected now.

It seems that my MP3 are not well encoded.

Do you have the settings/software I should use to get it right ?

Ok, I will try to find what mp3 encoding settings you use to have the same.

One last thing, I thought that the sticky MP3 player was working continuously in between pages.

Mine is reloaded when browsing the website. Is this normal ? Or is there some AJAX settings to apply ?

    Thanks !

    Hi,

    No,

In order to have continuous audio playback across your website, your pages must be loaded with AJAX. A great example is with our themes (https://sonaar.io/wordpress-themes/). They are all ajaxified and perfectly work with continuous audio playback.

We are currently working to release a plugin that will Ajaxified your website and thus, allow continuous audio playback but it currently works only with Hello Theme, Astra, Ocean WP and Generate Press.

You can check a demo here: https://ajaxify.sonaar.io
