Could you try something for me? Please deactivate all your plugins except the 2 MP3 audio player plugin (free and pro) then see if the issue persists. If not, please reactivate your plugins one by one and see which plugin can cause the conflict.
I dont think the issue is WPBakery but more your QODE plugins which breaks WPBakery which breaks our plugin. When you deactivate WPBakery, QODE does not break it (because its deactivated), thus our plugin work. Please check with QODE author.

1) I am having a difficult time getting the pro player to work on my website.
Here are my steps.
1. installed Sonaar mp3 player and activated
2. installed Sonaar mp3 player and activated
3. inputed site url into Sonaar website activation portal
4. created new playlist, linking to existing mp3 files
5. set playlist cover image
6. published playlist ("TEST 3")
7. uploaded elementor templates
8. created new page : http://www.seanhagerty.com/player1
9. entered elementor editor
10. clicked add template
11. clicked "insert" for "Player 001" template
12. clicked "yes" for "Import Document Settings"
13. clicked player to edit music player settings
14. clicked "PUBLISH"
15. back to page edit
16. select "TEST 3" under "MP3 Audio Player" tab
17. select Update
Player isn't working, all links are broken. Sticky player doesn't show.
2) Is it possible to have a dynamic thumbnail that changes with each track?

I tried what you suggested and discovered that WPBakery Page Builder was the culprit.
Deactivating that plugin ruins my entire website.
Also following up regarding a dynamic thumbnail. Is that possible?

Is there a way for the thumb image to change with each track?
You can only have 1 cover per playlist. but you can have multiple playlist in 1 player.
so if you want to have multiple cover, you need to make multiple playlist
