Hello, I purchased Symphony theme and found, that when using Slider revolution with single slide with Ken Burns effect on main background, it blinks and hides and doesn't work properly. It works on preview nicely, but when pasted on the page it starts to make problems. I noticed, that it has probably something to do with parallel fade effect, but even if I remove the fade animation and leave no transition active, even then it runs fade animation and after fade ends, the image dissapears.
I left the Ken Burns effect on the first slide only and when you look on my page, you can see what I'm talking about.
I understand that it's more of a plugin problem, but since you're using old version in your theme, I'm writing to you.
Could you try something for me? Please deactivate all your plugins except Revolution Slider then see if the issue persists. If not, please reactivate your plugins one by one and see which plugin can cause the conflict.
I will check directly with ThemePunch (author of Ess Grid and Rev Slider), but we are already waiting for them to fix an issue in the new version of Revolution Slider which prevent us to update the plugin to the newest version.
So for now, I recommend that you dont use kenburn effect.

It doesn't work even in default themes.
Ok, maybe its a javascript conflict.

Yes, but I can't disable it, because a theme depends on it :)
