there are no demo content install options in the tool section of the admin area also it said iron installer is needs to be updated a higher version and this is what was given to us when we purchased just a few weeks ago and we try to download the file direct it tells us to but it gives a 404 page as well so nothing but problems we need the demo content badly to work from can someone help me>?

Ok, its because the library PHP ZIp module is not enabled on your server. Please contact your hosting provider and tell them to enabled PHP Zip Module extension. In addition, you can show them this link: https://www.google.com/search#q=hosting+enable+php+zip
